Alex Pontello is the Managing Director of EquityBuild. He has over 25 years experience in the property and construction industry. He has held numerous senior executive and advisory positions in private, public, and not-for-profit organisations developing and managing vast property portfolios. As well as having a number of tertiary qualifications, Alex holds a Graduate Diploma in Urban Estate Management and a Masters Degree in Property Development. Alex also holds "clerk of works" qualifications, is a licensed Builder and Certified Practicing Property Valuer.
